Website Terms and Conditions This website ("Website") is provided by Mobile Barbers of Scotland and is subject to the following terms and conditions ("Conditions"). By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and consent to the Conditions. These Conditions may be varied by us from time to time and the revised Conditions will be deemed to apply at the relevant time in respect of your use of the Website. You should check these Conditions for changes from time to time.
Service & Role Clarification:Mobile Barbers of Scotland only acts as barbers, hair cutting experts, hair dressing experts and facial grooming professionals. Therefore, you (the client) agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from all errors, omissions or mistakes emanating from the services we provide to you, where unintended damages are made or hair style requested is interpreted by our barbers in their own artistic way, not so to your 100% liking. You agree that by making a reservation with us, we may request 50% deposit payable in advance and that full payment must de made by you upon completion of our services(s) to you at your own home/office. You agree and realise that a home service at your location or convenience is a Bespoke service that attracts a premium coat, over and above the cost of standard hair cut in a salon or barber shop. You agree not to physically abuse, intimidate, use violence or other adversarial harm with our barbers, who reserves the right to terminate the service and call the police. Only services booked and paid for will be delivered. Clients may tip our barbers, if they so wish. Clients who are unhappy with their haircut, may send complaints to us or email their complaints with an attached photo of the service complained about. We reserve a right to refuse our services where there are no barbers specialised in the area of barbering requested or where our barbers feel unsafe to engage the client. Your statutory rights are unaffected at all times.
